We pride ourselves in bringing charcuterie to the fore front in the Bismarck-Mandan area. We’ve opened up as a charcuterie bar in 2018 and people thought we were crazy. We heard things like: “That isn’t a meal.” “That’s just an adult lunchable.” “How do we eat this?” “Don’t you guys serve anything like burgers or pizza?” But seven years later, people get it! And better yet, they love it! Yes it is a meal and yes you will get full, but not feel miserable. Come on in and share a board or “hog” one for yourself. We have an ever changing list of meats and cheeses and add-ons. If you don’t have time to swing in and enjoy one, you can always get one to go. They’re also great for parties. It’s a fun way to feed a large amount of people.
